Monthly workshop in Manchester and Sheffield 2nd and 3rd May

"Our emotions affect our long term well-being. Research shows that experiencing positive emotions in a 3-to-1 ratio with negative ones leads to a tipping point beyond which we naturally become more resilient to adversity and better able to achieve things." Dr. Barbara Fredrickson
Professor of Psychology, University of North Carolina.

Whether you have experienced Biodanza or heard about it, you will probably know that in a session we are stimulating the healthy part in us. In a session we are constantly evoking positive emotions such as joy, softness, harmony...

Join us in this special workshop. For those who have been following the programme '10 steps to wellbeing', this will be our eighth workshop. But it doesn't matter if you have not been before, we are ALWAYS welcoming new people.

The workshop will be facilitated by Paola and Maria, both passionate about Biodanza and both sharing the same vision of a progressive and very accessible approach to the system that Rolando Toro Araneda created.

There will be a break between the first and the second session. We have lunch together so feel free to bring something to share!
