As Director of the Rolando Toro School of Biodanza in Scotland, I am thrilled to celebrate the final stage of three new teachers, qualifying as IBF accredited Biodanza Teachers in the Systema Rolando Toro original formation. So, we are coming together for their presentations and then to dance and celebrate together.

Spring renewal.....

New shoots,

Green light pushing up from the earth,

New awakenings dance with the inhalation of fresh life

Into our hearts, touching the dreaming new spaces inside.

Potentials we have never known,

Butterflies buzzing with new beginnings,

Infusing this unique moment of past and future into exhilaration of the lived moment....

New Teachers Presentations:

Judith Robinson, Jolanda Bastein and Therese Johnson will be giving a presentation of their Monography (thesis) chosen subjects as completion of their journey to become fully Biodanza qualified teachers. It would be wonderful to see you there to support and celebrate their great achievement.

Biodanza Workshops:

Manchester: Saturday 18^th May 2014   From 1:00 - 6:00 pm with Elizabeth Barnett (Didactic Teacher)

Venue: Chorlton Central Church, Barlow Moor Road, Chorlton, M21 8BF.

Join us for a wonderful day of Biodanza with Elizabeth, a very experienced Didactic Teacher of Biodanza who will take us on a wonderful journey of joy, and connection with love, through the dance.

Sheffield: Sunday 19^th May 2014  From 11:30am - 4:30 pm with Claire Levey Lewis (Dir. RTSB Scotland & Ireland) & Nicole Staff Estefanell (Didactic Teacher)

Venue: Sharrow Performing Arts Centre, Sitwell Road, Sheffield, S7 1BE

“Spreading our wings with the expansion of Summer”

‘There seems to be more sky in the summer time, at least we have more light and a sense of freedom that the warm sunshine can bring us. In this vivencia we will embrace the essence of those summer feelings, exploring both earth and sky through the 5 lines of Vivencia, to enter into a natural and peaceful inner space of freedom, which we share together as a community of human beings. These are the ingredients for the joy of living – being at one with our own inner world and the one we share with the magic of life around us’.
